How should you interview an international intern?
The interns can call you at your convenience and on their dime for an interview. We recommend all our candidates through Skype video call – a great way to learn not only about their English level and professional skills but also their personality.
Other great benefits to hiring an international intern
It does not cost anything for a company to host an international intern.
We can have them training with your company for 12 to 18 months.
We provide candidates with both visa and health insurance – the host company does not need to worry about or pay for either.
Businesses do not have to pay payroll, social security, medicare and unemployment taxes for foreign interns as they are legally exempt from them.
Interns are not entitled to vacation, sick leave or holiday wages.
The only thing we ask for is that you pay them enough to cover basic living expenses and be able to afford a shared accommodation near their training site.
