The first step is for you to contact us to discuss your requirements. We will then match interns from our database to your company. If necessary we will advertise the position on our website and invite interns to apply. We will only provide you with interns and trainees who are 21 years of age and older and dedicated to excellence. Our interns are available to work for between 6-18 months, with most falling into the 18-month range.
We pre-qualify, screen and pre-interview all the interns. We then provide you with a shortlist of resumes for you to review, and we will arrange telephone interviews with any of the candidates you select.
Once you have chosen the perfect intern, we will handle all the paperwork and help the intern find a visa sponsor and secure a J1 visa.
Once your intern has a J1 visa and travel plans to the USA, we will arrange your first meeting.
